I’m sure the report is wrong, it shows consumption in a flat without anyone staying there, taps all closed. Accurate readings and reports have to happen for using this
Cheats! Untested system! Keep away
This app was supposedly put by builder but has been so pathetic system that even after 2 years of being around we are unable to implement it. Waste of system showing thousands of liters of usage for some and only tens of liters for some. It’s a system that is not tested not working in case of high rise. Waste of an experiment. Sick and tired of their guys hounding us every time with a container and trying to so called calibrate and fool the residents. Imagine if they have to calibrate 685 flats what’s the moot point of having a system. Even on holidays when no one is using water they show you usage. Every minute their so called aggregator is showing liters of water usage. I advise any potential customers to be away from these thugs. 0 rating for 0 service provided till date.
Very Bad sensors and very Bad service
There sensor almost gives wrong reading most of the time in month, then for wrong reading dats they take average, why someone should pay for a service for which we are always taking average of good and reliable reading of month.
Then comes there service pathetic service they just reply on ticket but no resolution they say we will send engineer to check but no one comes in 10 days.. .don't waste your money purchasing this.
