Centralised OTP Disaster
I'm really frustrated with the new delivery system. Now, instead of getting my delivery OTP directly, it's sent to a central number. It's causing a lot of confusion.
Delivery people get upset when we don't have the OTPs right away.
The whole process is confusing and wastes a lot of time.
Because of this, many of my deliveries and returns are getting canceled, and some are still pending.
It's turning out to be the worst system ever.
Logging out automatically
I personally do not wanted to give 1 star but recently there’s been a issue that it getting logout automatically even when I’m using the app. Everytime I open the app I have to log in , enter the OTP and it’s really frustrating. Please resolve this issue.
Use less
I personally don’t want to give a single star for this app cuz there service is too bad and couldn’t connect with Instagram I hve change my passwords for 7 or 8 times buts still isn’t working yet
