So simple, so effective

These practices are so simple and highly effective. Trick is to be stay patient and wait for the results. Also, I have been recommending it to many friends, but it’s a let down when they say it hangs at two places and the entire meditation goes for a toss. Please correct.

Problem in the play back

At 1:26 and 3:27 forgiveness sadhanan is getting stuck .. it is happening only after this new update . Also breathing is also getting stuck in the middle .. can u look in to that ?
