Used this at Fortis Hospital Gurgaon. App UI was smooth but there was some operational issue with hospital in understanding about payment done by Zero Pe. Zero pe team reached out to me to understand whether transaction and experience was smooth or not but once they understood that hospital is not able to track it properly. They took matter in their own hand and sorted it properly without creating further hassle for me. The kind of customer service and experience they have provided is exceptional.
