Product quality is great! Helps to manage my work effectively.
Asking for a small telephony integration support from 2 days but still not get proper support. Every time new person come on chat and asking for same detail and share same document to follow the step.
We are using desk since long and first time asking for support to get integration done but still I am bagging for support.
