Molto bella
Ha la possibilità di scegliere quale tipo di meditazione usare (per addormentarsi o per alzarsi), la voce è calma e orecchiabile... L'unica "pecca" per qualcuno potrebbe essere il fatto che duri 5 minuti. Io mi addormento velocemente e quest'anno è stupenda
5 minuti di puro RELAX!!!!
5 minuti di totale evasione e di benessere utile per staccare dallo stress quotidiano ...

Quest’applicazione può andare bene per 1 o 2 giornate dopo di che è monotona, ripetitiva e stressante.C’è gente come me che non vuole spendere soldi per un app di meditazione, consiglio quindi di attuare delle modifiche sbloccando più contenuti e lasciando altre cose a pagamento. A breve se non vedrò dei miglioramenti eliminerò l’app e dirò ai miei amici di fare lo stesso. Spero di non dover arrivare a tanto.....
