What appWash does? Just what you need to wash and dry:
1 | Viewing and booking available washing machines and dryers - No more having to visit the laundry room in the basement several times and unnecessary waiting because all machines are occupied.
2 | Cashless payment with credit card, PayPal etc. - No more searching for small change or buying laundry coins. And that without additional costs.
3 | Get notified when your laundry is ready - Don't spend more time in the laundry room than necessary, you have better things to do.
How to use appWash.
appWash is a service for shared laundry rooms where you pay per wash.
If the operator of your laundry room, e.g. your landlord, has decided to use appWash, he will inform you. Then simply download the app, register and start.
Of course you can also recommend us! Show your landlord or the operator of a laundry room our website. On the website you will find a product brochure under "appWash operator". You can contact us at info@appwash.com or simply visit your nearest Miele partner. And if everything works out and appWash is installed in your laundry room, you will receive your first appWash prepaid balance of 50€ from us!

AppWash
The app works fine but it only allows you to recharge 20 euros per time, which is not really convenient for short stays :/

The 20€ minimum top-up is due to transaction costs so the price per use is lower which is a great advantage for the users. No way to contact them
The washing machines and dryers are not connected properly to the app so for the last 10 days, the laundry room is useless. There is no way one can contact someone responsible for these machines via the app. There is no information or updates provided on when the machines will be available again. The app does not provide any contact info or channel so that you can notify responsible company to come and fix the machines.

Tanti problemi e zero assistenza
Il sistema è per la maggior parte del tempo inutilizzabile a causa di loro problemi e l’assistenza è completamente inesistente, infatti la chat è un bot che scrive solamente “ci straiamo lavorando”.
Nel mio caso sistema inutilizzabile da più di 3 mesi senza nessun intervento nonostante le numerose segnalazioni.
