The biggest BYOT update yet, bringing most of what OpenCode's terminal and web app can do to iPhone and iPad: • Shell mode: type ! to run a command on your computer. • Terminal: a live shell with an Esc, Tab, Ctrl and arrow key row. • Colored diff review for each file, per session or per turn. • Live streaming for OpenCode 2 beta, syntax highlighting, Markdown tables and inline images. • Context window, tokens and cost for each reply and session. • Subagent sessions, Build/Plan toggle, dictation, transcript export. • Live session list, server status and settings, git worktrees, offline reading. • Add a server with a pairing code or find one nearby. • Allow or Reject approvals from the notification, plus Siri and Shortcuts. • iPad split view and keyboard shortcuts, and Simplified Chinese.

Keep your work moving between your iPhone and computer: - Unsent text, attachments, and selected files are saved on this iPhone when you switch sessions or relaunch BYOT. - Optional notifications let you know when a turn finishes or needs your attention. - An optional computer queue runs accepted prompts in order while BYOT is closed. Notifications and the computer queue require the BYOT companion running on your OpenCode computer. - Returning to BYOT refreshes the conversation without interrupting a message being sent. - Attachment imports finish before Send becomes available, and oversized selections are caught earlier. - Fixed text alignment on the empty session screen, including larger text sizes.

This update refines how BYOT looks and feels: - Conversations use OpenCode's type: the system font for text and controls, monospace for tools and code, and more room between turns. - Tool calls are quiet one-line rows you can tap to see input and output, and your prompt sits in a pill. - Swipe a session left in the session list to archive it on OpenCode 1 servers. - Sending a message folds the composer back to a single row; tap Message to expand it. Model, agent, and reasoning effort share one row, and Files moved into the + menu. - Controls use neutral colors, and new sessions open ready to type. OpenCode 1 and OpenCode 2 beta remain supported. Queued messages keep their selected settings. - Undo and redo conversation turns, compact long conversations, and fork sessions when your server supports them. - Rename and delete sessions, inspect session details, navigate child sessions, and follow task progress from your server. - Select and copy part of a response or code block. - Use compact Files, agent, and model-variant controls that stay accessible with larger text. - Preview photos and documents before sending, preserve drafts, and queue messages containing only attachments. - Enjoy cleaner project and session lists, improved session search, and more reliable server and model selection. Includes a dedicated new-session page and refreshed app icon. OpenCode 1 and OpenCode 2 beta remain supported. Available controls depend on your server; OpenCode 2 conversation undo does not roll back workspace files.

A smoother way to start a session, and better control while one is running. • New session flow: the compose button opens a draft chat with Server and Project pickers built in — choose where the session runs and send your first message in one step. • Stop a running turn: tap stop while OpenCode is working. A queued message stays paused for you to send manually instead of firing automatically. • Add a project by path: point at any directory on your server without leaving the app. • Per-server default model: the model you picked last is preselected for new sessions on that server. • Faster session list: servers load progressively, so one slow or unreachable machine no longer blocks the whole list. • Clearer connection errors, including servers behind HTTP Basic authentication, plus a readable message when a server runs the unsupported OpenCode 2 beta. • Editing a server now prefills its saved name, URL, and username. • Refined composer: the model picker stays anchored and lays out correctly on iPad and at large text sizes.
