CALI

Salute e benessere

Gratis · Progettata per iPad. Non verificata per macOS.

Cali is where your training lives. Strength you can see. Skills you never thought your body could do. A little more this month than last, then a little more again. That is what coaching and a community that shows up with you can build. Coached calisthenics classes at our gym in Bath and streamed live to your living room. Book a class in seconds, follow workouts built by your coaches, log your nutrition, and watch the progress stack up week after week. We didn't start as an app. Cali began with free Sunday sessions in a Bath park and grew into a gym, a coaching academy and a community that knows each other by name. The coach who writes your workout is the same one spotting you on the rings on Saturday. Your first pull-up. Your first handstand. The version of you that keeps showing up. It all starts with one class. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Book coached classes in a couple of taps - Train from home with CaliLive - Follow structured workouts built by your coaches - Track your streak, sessions and personal bests - Log nutrition and daily check-ins in your Hub - Set a goal and chase it down, from your first pull-up to a press to handstand Come and see why people don't just join Cali, they stay. caliunity.com

CaliLive is on your Today screen, and Book now takes you straight to it. Sign your waiver right from the booking. Your timetable and bookings still show when you lose signal. Your 6 Week Challenge nutrition plan is in the app. Times read the usual way, like 6pm. Faster, plus lots of fixes.
