Formavo

Salute e benessere

Gratis

Most fitness apps assume you work nine to five. Formavo does not. Set your rota a week at a time, days, nights, or off, and Formavo plans your training around it. No more missed sessions because your shift moved. Built for beginners Every exercise comes with plain English instructions and a photo, so you know exactly what to look for in the gym. Calisthenics starts at your level and steps up only when you are ready, from knee press ups to full press ups, one rung at a time. Log food in seconds Snap a photo of your meal and Formavo estimates the calories and protein. Add up to four photos of the same item, for example the front and the nutrition label, for a more accurate result. You can edit everything before saving. Track what matters Calories and protein against your daily targets. Weight once a week, because daily weighing tells you very little. Sleep, so you can see how nights affect you. Everything lands in one diary you can look back on. No gym needed The calisthenics programme runs anywhere, at home, in a break room, on a night shift. No equipment, no excuses. Formavo is made by seyiHQ in Derby, England.
