Ho provato di recente l’app e mi sono trovata bene, siccome mancavano alcune foto per accertarsi dell’autenticità del prodotto hanno aspettato pazientemente che gliele mandassi per poter dare la conferma che fosse tutto ok, questo mi fa pensare che ci tengano a fare un buon lavoro di autenticazione è che non sia una cosa fatta alla bell’e meglio. Promossi a pieni voti!

Trovo affidabile e professionale questo servizio, inoltre è adatto a tutte le tasche, proponendo diverse opzioni: la qualità non cambia, la differenza sta solo nei tempi di “consegna” del loro verdetto. Promossi!

I paid for an authenticity check and submitted all the required photos multiple times. The app kept asking for the same images (especially the inside label and insole stitching), as if no one was actually reviewing them.After I expressed frustration, I received a “Not Pass” result within two minutes — based on the exact photos I had already sent several times. It felt more like an automated reply than a proper expert review.I also contacted support to ask for clarification and a re-evaluation, but never received any response.For a paid service, this is unacceptable. I do not recommend this app.

Since few weeks the app is incredibly slow. It’s not possible to select all the payments methods that are available. There are lots of bugs. Moreover there is no option to get a check within 30 minutes or 2h, only 12h is available and they never make it on time to give you an answer. When a check fails there is never an exhaustive explanation of the reason why it did fail or was not possible to check. If you email them via the “contact us” they will never reply. Please fix these issues! Thank you.
