Con l’ultimo aggiornamento lasciando l’app aperta in background comunica lo stato offline (non veritiero) e quindi bisogna chiudere totalmente l’app è riavviarla cosi che torni a comunicare lo stato online corretto.Altrimenti è necessario attendere un tempo molto lungo perchè con il conteggio dei secondi torni online mentre prima ciò avveniva in 1/2 sec.In poche parole l’app refresha troppo lentamente, prima era praticamente immediata.Sistemate perché stava funzionando benone.
Buon impianto ma…

L’impianto ha avuto diversi problemi con la centralina, sostituita per ben due volte e un problema con la sirena che di punto in bianco si è ammutolita, tutto sostituito senza spese, l’allarme in sé funziona bene, non da tanti falsi allarmi, ma la latenza tra una rilevazione e l’altra dei sensori è troppa, l’ho fatti portare al massimo della sensibilità. A prove fatte camminando velocemente riesco a non essere rilevato e questo non va bene. Per quanto riguarda l’app, manca lo stato di carica delle batterie e la gestione attiva del sensore per gestire i problemi descritti sopra.
Semplicità e funzionalità

Il sistema Risco è molto affidabile. Composto da apparecchiature di alta qualità affiancato da una gestione sia Smart che tradizionale ( con telecomando) é semplice da usare. Occorre pagare un servizio di circa 25 euro ma sono ben spesi. Cambio le batterie regolarmente ogni due anni come consigliato dal tecnico. Non ho avuto nessun problema. Consiglio assolutamente. Aggiungerei nell’ applicazione la cronologia dei sensori. Personalmente la trovo utile per verifiche di eventuali guasti. Grazie.

La versione più recente con widget riesce nell’incredibile impresa di essere peggio della precedente. A fruizione delle registrazioni è pressoché impossibile, oltre a bloccarsi non si riesce ad andare a un’ora precisa ed è davvero un’impresa muoversi di 10 sec alla volta. I widget non consentono di mettere affiancate le telecamere (unica cosa positiva della versione precedente). L’attivazione/disattivazione delle zone è difficoltosa perché i bottoni sono piccolissimi, uno deve mirare come un cecchino per riuscirci. Pessima. Ma l’abbonamento costa un occhio!
