No Support For Caribbean People

Had the worst experience ever, couldn’t get my $100 refund because it was sent to a freight forwarder company and they have no proof it was sent. No photo or nothing. They refused to help because of where it was sent to as if that made me not receiving the item less true. Caribbean people support y’all so much yet you can’t show the same love. Lost all trust in this company over $100. I’ve read the police about freight forwarder company and it’s just ridiculous. Make shipping more accessible in the Caribbean.

This app has gone on long enough with their scam passing it off as being “secure” …… I’ve tried multiple times making purchases only to be told my account is on hold …… for using my own card ……. Had someone entirely different make it for me in order to get it cz I really needed it …… only to get a faulty device and when I tried to return it they closed the account and won’t answer through customer service ……… you are a bunch of frauds
