This app has always cone in handy however the gps needs working!! Often times send drivers wrong location or gives a further route when a closer one is nearby, this must be especially difficult to drivers not used to certain areas. Please fix this! So the app can continue to be accommodating.

Why did my driver take me to NEW KINGSTON for a HALF WAY-TREE drop off 🤦🏻♀️ which DOUBLED the fair because he took me to where he said Half way tree STARTED??? Are you people purposefully hiring incompetent drivers or scammers?? Worse you have NO ONE to talk to about these issues we make a few logs and that’s it refund or whatever, don’t get me wrong I’m glad it can be refunded quickly but prevention is better than a cure. From your drivers belching in a closed car in-front of the passenger to taking the wrong route to double fairs to trucking the passenger because them feel they don’t know where them going to telling me I don’t need my change… wat the HELL are you doing as a business??

That “Oops something went wrong” keeps popping up everytime I try to book a ride. It’s been going on for weeks now. I’ve reached the point where I have to be writing a review on your app. Clearly I need to try another taxi service because the Uber app is a joke… even the Uber drivers are complaining about it.

Uber Jamaica was once affordable. I has gotten ridiculous. The cost!! Today I tried to book a ride from Portmore to Liguanea… the cost was $7.5k Really Uber??!!! Some drivers are thieves. I was asked to pay the toll !! I found out afterwards that Uber pays it. Some cancel you if you are paying by cash. The standards have fallen.
