We can open the app because it needs update , then we go to update it take us back to the old update and then stuck in a loop

We can not update to the new version

We can not open the old version that we have, because the application asked for update. when you try to update to the new version the page take you again to the past page that asks you again that your version needs to be updated and this will continue to happen back and fourth
