When I open the Arlo app on my iPhone, I am prompted to verify my login via an SMS code. I have disabled SMS previews for privacy reasons, so I must switch to the Messages app to view the code. However, when I return to the Arlo app to enter the code, the app restarts the verification process and sends a new SMS code. This creates a loop where the code I retrieved is no longer valid, and I am ultimately locked out of using SMS verification due to repeated attempts.It would be preferable if the verification session can stay and allow the process to continue after switch out and then switch back into the app

デバイス登録・設定はPC/Macからした方が良い

Arlo Pro 5S 2Kを購入しました。 このアプリケーションでArlo Pro 5S 2Kを登録しようとしても、Arlo Pro 5S 2Kはネットワーク接続に成功するのですが、その後、アプリケーションがネットワーク上のArlo Pro 5S 2Kの認識で失敗して、デバイス登録できませんでした。(2024/09/08 iPhone12Pro/iOS17.6.1) 10回以上繰り返しましたが成功しませんでした。 返品を考えましたが、もしかしてと思い同一ネットワークのMacintoshからmy Arloアカウントにログインして、そこでArlo Pro 5S 2Kを登録したら一回で成功しました。同時にデバイスのファームウェアのバージョンアップも成功しました。 その後、アプリケーションにも表示されるようになりました。 現時点では、このアプリケーションにはバグがあり、スマートフォンしかない方は、バグが修正されるまで、Arlo Pro 5S 2Kの登録ができず、カメラとして使うことができないので、Arlo Pro 5S 2Kの購入を待った方が良いと思いました。 アプリケーションが早く修正されるといいですね。
