一ヶ月続けられた!!

今まで突発的にYouTube見ながら筋トレすることはありましたが、続いたためしがありませんでした。4月の最初にコロナで自宅待機の間、痩せたいなと軽い気持ちで始めましたが、一ヶ月続けることができました。こんなに続いたのは人生初でビックリしてます。毎日通知が来るのがいいですね。説明もイラストと解説動画があるのでわかりやすいと思います。体型はまだ正直あんまり変わってませんが、達成感がすごいです。筋トレってこんな気持ちいいものだったんだって感じました。今度は中級にランクアップしてまた二ヶ月目も頑張りたいと思います。無料なのが嬉しい!!

通知が来ない※解決

すごくいいと思います。
これなら何をやっても続かなかった私でも続けられそう!
と…よろこんではいるのですが。
通知を許可にしているのに通知が来ない…。
まだ3日目でやる気満々だから、あれ?もう時間が…って気が付きますけど、しばらくしたら忘れちゃいそうです。
通知が来ないのは続けるのに致命的なので直して欲しいです。
それ以外はとてもいいです!
今度こそ頑張る…今度こそ…。

※追記※
通知が来ない原因が分かったので星1つ上げました。
朝に通知セットして、朝できなかった時のために夜にも通知をセットしていたんですが、2つセットしてるとダメみたいです。
片方オフにして時間を変えて待ってみたら通知来ました。
解決はできたんですが…
やはり通知を朝晩2回にしたいので…やはり星は4までで。
せっかく通知増やせるのにこれじゃ意味ないです…。

とってもよいが、日本語訳が…

3日坊主の私でも続けられていてとてもよいアプリです!ありがとうございます。
ただ、日本語訳が自動なのか、間違えている箇所があるので可能であれば直した方がよいかと思います

体幹:×カラダミキ➡︎○タイカン
真っ直ぐ:×シンスグ➡︎○マッスグ
他にもあったような気がします。

あと、初級から始めましたが毎日どんどんレベルアップしていきます。それはとてもよいのですがレベルアップの速度が速くて、1ヶ月で全てできるようになるプランではありませんでした。個人的にかもしれませんが。個人差で体重の違いもあるのでできればもう少し緩やかなレベルアップが望ましいかと思います。

ただ、何度か同じ箇所をやってみるなど、色々工夫させてもらいます!
