ファイルの移動すら出来ない
写真・動画のバックアップまではよかったものの、
ストレージ内でファイル間移動が出来ない。
写真を選択してバックアップ先を指定しようにも
バックアップ先がDOCUMENTから変えられない。
なんともお粗末なアプリです。
これでは使い物になりません。
アプリ開発者って素人ですか？大手メーカーとしては恥ずかしすぎると思います。
2万円払って詐欺に遭った気分
2TBのハードディスクを購入、購入後は普通に使えたがある日からバックアップをするをタップしても無反応、更に最悪な事に移行したデータが全て消えていた。iCloudに課金を減らす目的で購入したのに結局、製品とアプリへの信用性が無いので、課金したままiCloudも併用で利用と元も子もない結果に。エレコムなのにこれは酷い。
出来るものなら星一つも付けたく無い。
外部ストレージを認識しない
このアプリでは外部ストレージを認識できませんのメッセージばかりで解決できない。
端末には外部ストレージが認識しているので直接にやりとりを行っている。
したがって、このアプリとしての意味が全くありません。見直して改善お願いします。
