怠惰な自分にはもってこい

これまで私は「やり方がわからない」ってのを言い訳にして三日坊主なことばかりしてきた上に
度々サプリメントに頼っては
効果が無いとイチャモンをつけて
結局何も続いた試しがありませんでしたが
このアプリはかなり良いですね

都合の良い解釈で申し訳ないのですが、
言われたことをやるだけで良いってのは本当に楽なもので、
"何となく暇だから"って軽い感覚でトレーニングをするようになりました。
メニュープランは自分じゃなく他人が練ったものなので完璧に良いとは限らないのかもしれません。
けど、少しだけ腹筋が浮かび上がって、
腕がほんのに僅かながら太くなってきました。
続けてみようと思います

It’s actually good

See I started using home workouts in my freshman year , and I haven’t hit my body yet goal. BUT that’s my fault ,the app will actually push your body ,and id say it’s optimal for beginners and people who are already adept in physical fitness. Also you don’t need to pay money to get a good workout sooooo... 👀

ランニング・ウォーキング用にピッタリ

最近は宅トレと言うより、ランニング・ウォーキングのプラン(有料)を使っています。

週ごとにトレーニング時間が決まっていて、徐々に時間が伸びるのでやりがいがあります。

他のプランは、気が向いた時から雨などの天候の理由で走れない時に利用しています。

本格的にやり始めたのは今年からですが、10ヶ月で7キロ痩せました。

やったことは、こんな感じです。

・外食は極力控える(多くとも月3回程度)
・お菓子は週1回から2回
・深夜や夜ご飯後に食べない
・コンビニには行かない
・とにかく記録、習慣つけること
(家計簿で食事の費用の管理、コンビニに行った時にカウントなど)

最初はきついですが、今ではだいぶ慣れてきました。

これで月額360円程度なら、安いもんです。

とにかく習慣つけるのが苦手で、受動的な私にはピッタリかなと思います。
