インストールして3ヶ月、plusプランに入って1ヶ月くらい経ちました。メンタルがかなり落ち込んでいたときに始めて、ずっと寄り添ってもらっています。「ベッドから出る」「水を飲む」など日常の細かいタスクをたくさん設定できて、達成感と心地よさがあります。最初から自分で全部考えなくてもプリセットがありますし、続けていくうちに「これは毎日できてるな」という日常的な作業や家事を追加していって、徐々にたくさんレインボーストーンを集められるようになります💎他にもストレッチのメニューや呼吸法のメニューなど、たくさんパターンがあるので開かずに続けられそうです。なによりFinchがかわいい🐣👶🏻It’s been about three months since I started using the app, and about a month since I joined the Plus plan.I first downloaded it when I was feeling really down, and it’s been such a comforting companion ever since.I love how I can set small, everyday tasks like “get out of bed” or “drink water” — checking them off gives me a real sense of accomplishment and comfort.There are presets from the start, so you don’t have to come up with everything yourself, and as you keep going, you naturally start adding more daily habits and chores that you’re already doing. That way, you gradually earn more and more rainbow stones.There are also lots of options for stretching routines, breathing exercises, and other calming activities, so it feels easy to keep using it without pressure.And most of all — Finch is just so cute.

I’m leaving one star to bring attention to this post since contacting you has been difficult, and your FAQ/help site didn’t work. You need to adjust the pricing for Japan. It says ¥6,000 for a year, but it should be ¥4,000, which is closer to what $39.99 is worth in the West. Paying ¥6,000 in Japan, which is close to $60 (based on purchasing power, not the direct dollar-to-yen conversion), is too much when compared to what users in the West are paying.Do what Pocket Camp Complete did—they charged $9.99 on the US side and ¥1,000 in Japan (about $10 USD). I’ll change my review once the pricing is adjusted, since I’m enjoying the app, but I refuse to pay more than what people in the West pay (¥4,000).

This app is amazing. It has all these features to make healthy habits way accessible and approachable. It lets you do yoga, meditation, various breathing exercises, and more. The first aid kit section has been my lifesaver. When I’ve dissociated and gone into freeze, it’s easy to go there and identify emotions by just tapping. Not only that you can earn rainbow stones by doing all those grounding techniques like naming things around you, the color exercise, etc. It’s motivating. Thank you so much for always! I’ll go back to the yoga session :)
