I’ve been using ASOS online for years and always very satisfied. Only one time, a cup arrived broken though they gave us discount coupon instead of refund. For me, it’s acceptable because I just learned from it and I wouldn’t buy ceramic/glass item from abroad since then. Overall I love ASOS:)

I used it for years as you could find good products with reasonable prices, but not anymore. The customer service doesn’t work when you have any enquiries or questions about your order. It’s difficult to find a live human on the team to answer the questions.
