Extremely poor user experience.I’ve been trying to apply for an event ticket for over an hour, and I keep getting the message: “There was a problem submitting your order. Please try again.”I’ve tried restarting and reapplying many times, but it still doesn’t work.It honestly feels discriminatory. I can’t understand how this app has such a high rating.As a first-time user, I will definitely never recommend this app to anyone.非常に使い勝手が悪いアプリです。イベントのチケットを申し込もうとして1時間以上経ちましたが、「There was a problem submitting your order. Hi there, on Monday, Oct. 20, Amazon Web Services (AWS), the cloud provider that powers Eventbrite and numerous leading platforms, experienced a global outage that temporarily impacted parts of our site and apps. Our engineering teams have been working directly with AWS to ensure that Eventbrite’s full functionality is restored.
