Extremely poor user experience.I’ve been trying to apply for an event ticket for over an hour, and I keep getting the message: “There was a problem submitting your order. Please try again.”I’ve tried restarting and reapplying many times, but it still doesn’t work.It honestly feels discriminatory. I can’t understand how this app has such a high rating.As a first-time user, I will definitely never recommend this app to anyone.非常に使い勝手が悪いアプリです。イベントのチケットを申し込もうとして1時間以上経ちましたが、「There was a problem submitting your order. Please try again.（注文の送信中に問題が発生しました。もう一度お試しください。）」というエラーが何度も出ます。何度もやり直しても全く申請できません。正直、差別的な扱いを受けているように感じました。なぜこのアプリが高評価なのか全く理解できません。初めて利用しましたが、今後誰にもおすすめすることはありません。

Our engineering teams have been working directly with AWS to ensure that Eventbrite’s full functionality is restored. We truly appreciate your patience and partnership as AWS works through its recovery process. Please let us know if you are still encountering any issues!

フォローしている団体のイベントが公開されても、一部のイベントしか通知が来ません。メールでだけくるものもあったり、、なぜでしょう泣。どこかに対処方法が書いてあると助かります。
