Milthm is a non-commercial rhythm game powered by passion, featuring dynamic tracks and notes. The game is themed around "Dreams" and "Rain".

The ripples of the dream enhance the game's challenge and fun.
If you're frustrated with missing notes, you can choose "Wonderful Trial" to automatically restart on a miss or bad.
If you want to increase the difficulty and challenge yourself, you can choose "Fade out" to make notes vanish when approaching.
If you're in the mood for a chaotic game-play, you can choose "Downpour" to rain down a massive number of raindrop notes.
3. Enjoyful and vivid chart design
Chart designs that combine the emotions of the music and the story, providing a visual and auditory feast. It's not just a game; it's a wholehearted experience where animation and music intertwine to bring you unprecedented joy. Whether you're a beginner or a rhythm game expert, you'll find endless fun in the game.
4. Amazing and high-quality music tracks
The music tracks in the game convey different musical styles and emotions. The musical talent of the artists will create an immersive auditory experience. The in-game music will become your companion, leading you into its world.
This update adds two new tracks to the special collaboration chapter “Void Reflection”:
1. “Polyridia” by Rigel Wired (from the rhythm game Harca)
2. “Ephemeric World” by t404:null (from VNMC)
In addition, several issues have been fixed and features optimized:
1. Fixed an issue where character names could be revealed prematurely in the Story Replay system
2. Fixed a rare case where game failure could cause the Pause screen and Result screen to overlap
3. Fixed an issue where closing the Settings menu while the Offset input box was focused could prevent changes from being saved
4. Fixed the mismatch between the sorting direction of “Difficulty Sort” and its icon indicator; when difficulties are the same, songs are now sorted by title in ascending order
5. Unpurchased flower pots in “Garden” now display additional prompts
6. Fixed abnormal difficulty display issues on certain charts
