Choose your desired connection, enter your passenger information, choose your preferred payment method, and pay for your ticket. The advantages of booking through the app:

INFORMATION ON YOUR TRIP
You can access your trip information and ticket anytime and follow the location of your bus or train easily. Let the app guide you to your stop.
Important information, such as delays or changes concerning the trip, will be shared with you via push notification or a text message, so you won’t miss any information. Very important: don’t forget to allow push notifications!
LUGGAGE
Every ticket includes 1 free handbag on board and 1 free suitcase/travel bag. Unlike flights or other means of transportation, you can easily and affordably bring more luggage with you on the bus or train by purchasing additional luggage. Bicycle spaces are also available – just choose the option you need during the booking process. Our bus drivers and train staff are happy to help you stow them away. COMFORT ON BOARD

With the bus260 (2025 April 21st), from Brno to Budapest. Although I had even seat reservation and showed the reservation QR code to the driver, he told me to wait for the next bus (not even tried to scan), and did not let me get on the bus. The bus even departed 5minutes earlier than the scheduled time which also I cannot understand, and there were at least 4 other passengers who were in the same situation as me. (One of their QR code did not even work)So I called the customer center 3 times, but they told me to wait for 15 minutes each time so that they would confirm the problem, though they did not do nothing nor taking it seriously every time.At the end, when I asked them in the chat for the second time, they just read my message and did not reply to me and closed the chat window.Unbelievably disrespectful customer service and the bus driver.Cannot accept their behavior whole time.

Not good for Japanese & without EU people

予約を進めていく上で住所の入力を求められるが日本の選択肢がないので先に進めない(ほとんどがEUの国だったと記憶)。そうこうしているうちにバスの時間が近づき、まぁ運転手に直接払えばイィかなと思い運転手に相談したところ、予約画面に出ていた金額の倍の請求をされた.詐欺られたわけではなく、web予約じゃないとその値段になるとのこと.バカ真面目に日本の住所を打ち込もうとせず適当な住所を書けばよかった…。ちなみにバスの到着は20分遅れ。バス停にはflixのバスが次々来た。◯◯に行きますか?と運転手に聞くと、''フロントの表示を見ろcazzo!''との回答。Dear staffI can't write that by English.But please translate this message.I lose €10 because of this specification(VERONA to MODENA on 2019 Fev 1th).

J’ai réservé le bus de Nîmes à Lyon (13aout 2019. 18:40-21:45 le bus 788). Ça coût 34 euro. Mais le bus est arrivé à 22:40. 4heure de retard. J’ai essayé d’annuler à l’avance parce que le prix de bus de 22:00 était 22 euros. Donc je voudrais annuler et réserver. Mais l’application dise « non ».J’ai attendu 4heure mais le chauffeur n’excuse pas non plus. Avec 4heure je pouvais faire beaucoup de choses. Il m’a volé 4heure de ma vie sans excuse. Je ne pense pas cette entreprise est bonne. Faites attention, je vous propose d’autres bus qui est mieux.
