Trouble on sync up with Garmin trainer workout

I’ve started the Garmin trainer workout for the century mile and been working well on Tacx Training app, but in a few days ago the work-outs disappeared in the screen followed by “not available for being syncronised”.

先週から急にアプリが立ち上がらなくなりました。最初の画面は一瞬出ますが、その後はずっと真っ暗です。iPadのアプリが壊れたのかなと思いましたが、iPhoneでも立ち上がりませんでした。原因がわかりません。
