RMH iDispatch is Customer Order Management and POD (proof of delivery) application for Retail Management Hero (RMH).   It is fully integrated with a RMH Store Database and offers the following features: • Customer Order Putaway: Scan products, pallets etc for to store and track customer orders for pick up at a later date. • Track products, pallets etc allocated to a customer order using unique barcodes. • Order Pickup: Scan products, pallets etc to match to a customer order for pickup. • Capture customer signature and image for proof of delivery (POD). • Print PODs. • Run customised reports in RMH for tracking of customer orders and pick up. Developed by the same company that offers RMH iPOS.
