トラフィック制限は、人と共有するときにとても困っています。せめて自分で制限がかかる数を設定したりURLを作るときに表示されるようにしてほしいです。また、タイムラインがあることによってURLを共有していない人にも勝手に保存されてしまいます。このせいで友だち1人との共有でもトラフィック制限がかかってしまったりしますし、プライバシーの欠片もないです。この機能は無くして欲しいです。そして、保存するのにかかる時間が5分の動画でも15秒で終わるときと1時間近くかかるときがあるのでできたら早めてほしいです。さらに欲を言うとバックグラウンドで保存できるようになればうれしいです。たくさん書きましたが便利に使わせていただいています。ありがとうございます。

Hi there, a share-link that causes large amounts of traffic can be limited in order to maintain the quality of service and provide users with stable server environments for transfer. You cannot download files via the limited link. You should ask the sender to create a new link or try our unlimited 1:1 transfer(using 6-digit key). Take look at this link: https://goo.gl/pT1CJf

毎日のように使っていたアプリでしたが、iosアップデートからアプリを開くとすぐに落ちます。どうしようもないので、他のアプリへの乗り換えを検討しています。【訂正】データをパソコンに移して、アプリを再インストールしたら、普段通り使えました。原因はこのアプリが80GB分のファイルをインストールしていたことだと思います。現在は、20GBほどインストールしていますが、正常に動作しています。今後も高速な転送を無料で提供してくれることを祈ります。とても使いやすくて助かっています。要望としては、ファイル名の編集をさせて欲しいということだけです。【追記】15GBほどインストールするとアプリが起動しなくなるようです。以前は100GB近くになっても問題なかったのに・・・

Hi there, honestly, we are not sure what you mean exactly. Send Anywhere app size is 147.5MB, not 10GB or 100GB. We download various files via Send Anywhere and save them to iOS device over 100GB, but we can still use Send Anywhere app without any problems. The issue is most likely a problem with the device itself. Please contact Apple Customer Service: https://support.apple.com/ja-jpSend Anywhere is a file transfer service. If you want to organize your files and folders, please use "Files" app on iOS. Files received with Send Anywhere can be managed flawlessly. 仕事で自分のスマホで撮影した写真を転送するのに、メール添付だと一度に送信できる容量が少なく、枚数が多いと何回かに分けて送らなければならず、面倒でした。googleなどのクラウドだと、仕事場のPCからログインする必要があり、それも面倒だし、PCは共用なので、ログイン情報を消し忘れたらと思うと使いづらい。これは、写真を選んで転送→PCから6桁の数字を入力すればダウンロードOKと、とてもシンプルで、アカウントを作ったり、ログインする必要もなく、使いやすいです。制限時間内にアクセスする必要はありますが、基本的に、転送したいPCの前で操作するので、何の問題もないです。

ファイルを選択すると送信すると、相手先に伝える番号がでて、ファイルのアップロードが始まるが、その後、相手を選べない。また、ファイルアップロードを一時停止して、止めようとしたが、止めることができない。使い勝手が悪いので、即削除しました
