The app offers many settings and options.
You can create custom workouts and sequences of workouts.
To create a custom workout:
From the main screen, tap the + button in the top right corner → on the workout editing screen, scroll down and tap Customize Intervals.
In this mode, you can set any sequence and duration of intervals, and assign names to each one.
