Scrap Bank Balance Enquiry Charges
Scrap off the charges for enquiring bank balances! Other banks have done it. Ksh12 is not a joke man!
Worst!!
Worst app, worst ussd! Their ussd is always down, you can get stuck during an emergency. I've personally had the worst experience banking with Bank of Africa. They just change systems and scrap savings account from mobile banking without informing you, your account goes dormant and they charge you to reactivate it, worst bank! Run if you can!
