I had ordered some food from Bolt food and on confirmation and making payment they rejected my order. And till date they have not refunded the money. I think this a new scam to extort and fraud money from their clients. Same scenario a friend had ordered bolt taxi and on boarding the vehicle the taxi driver asked the passenger to cancel the ride which is very strange and dangerous. Kindly beware. #boltisfraud

DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS APP. I am not surprised at the terrible reviews Bolt has.They are liars and thieves. Experts of issuing negative balances too. I am still rowing over an order from Feb where my food never arrived and it’s September. Customer service treating you like you’re an idiot and don’t know what you’re talking about. Round and round in nonsensical circles. For shame!They will give any excuse to not refund you. They advised that the balance would be corrected- after a few email exchanges- on my next order but I had to pay it off beforehand so that my food would get delivered. Tried to reach them since but I keep getting untruthful reasons as to why they won’t step up and fix the issue. I even ended up being given another negative balance in the process. I am also deleting the taxi app seeing what I’ve been reading about the drivers mistreating, assaulting and kidnapping customers. I truly hope the industry is rid of this.

This restaurant called Feaston pizzeria always cancels orders and always has the not that they are not accepting orders. Why are they still on this app if they don’t accept orders or do they discriminate based on location? Remove this restaurant immediately.
