I ordered from Splash and was expecting the delivery as promised (within 24 hours). I cancelled all my plans as I was expecting the delivery but it never came. I kept following up with no proper updates. At night I receive a text saying “we were unable to make the delivery today “. Why do they even assure delivery within 24 hours if they can’t deliver as promised. False advertisement to hook the customers.

I ordered multiple things. 1 of my items still had the security tag holding the top and bottom together. I’m not able to wear it. Another item came with a mismatching bottom. And none of the colors match the pictures. I didn’t enjoy shopping on splash online whatsoever. But hopefully you will fix your issues. Anyhow I won’t be shopping there anymore.
