Note Locking Issue

There is some sort of bug I recently encountered while using this app. I am no longer able to access locked notes because the “password is incorrect” although I am certain that I am entering the correct password. Additionally, there is no longer a face ID prompt (although enabled in settings) and I am forced to input the password which leads to the same failed result. Judging by the number of forums I’ve found online on the same issue, it seems I’m not the only one. Please provide a solution.

Never thought about writing a review on notes .. but my non judgmental therapist needs a raise .. i love it .. i can say whatever i want .. there’s no rules .. great way to explore yourself .. lyrics / responses / letters you’ll never send .. / things you wanna do / fears, feelings .. basically everything
