I saw some lost cards of people in front of mirror in the front side of the buses, where it’s very difficult to find the owners or owners can’t easily find their lost cards. My suggestion is; you can make a feature inside the app where the bus driver register/enter the lost details with the bus details so users can find easily from that lost cards section by checking. I hope I explained well the situation!

You app is one of the most useful for me during each day. But please could you add an electronic ability to write a positive or negative review in case something happens? It would be so comfortable to perform al the necessary command in one app. (Well, we can’t even write a feedback anywhere else). Once my mum fell off the stairs, next — a driver started his route when his doors were all broken! Quality of their work also matters, sometimes the fact that people’s needs are not respected causes very negative feedback.

With this function, users can get real-time information about the exact time of departure of the bus from the bus stop and the predicted travel time, taking into account traffic jams.I am sure that this new feature will make Onay an even more valuable travel companion for users, especially for those who use public transportation daily.

The app is great! I use it for my everyday routine when traveling across the city. One thing: it would be really useful if I could add my card at Apple Pay like in other countries in Europe, America or Asia. Is it somehow possible? If not, please think about this 👏
