GETTING STARTED
To begin Amãna Bank Mobile Banking simply download the app to your phone and you can login using your existing Internet Banking user name and password. If you do not have a login user name, you can self-register for eBanking services by downloading the mobile app.

Suggestions for Improvements
1. The UI has to be redesigned as the purple colour is dark and gloomy.
2. Option to take PDF receipts at any time after the transaction should be facilitated.
3. In non-favourite transers to other banks, the receipt should include beneficiary’s name and the bank.
4. There should be a summary of all necessary details pertaining to the beneficiary in order to review beneficiary details.
5. Too many “Request Time-out” errors resulting in unable to get a PDF receipt making it unreliable for a transaction that needs a receipt.
Recommend
A very nice step forward; I hope to see further updates soon, including a possibility to obtain a duplicate receipt a few hours after the transaction ,a dashboard with a light color .

Complain
Please update the app, because again and again problems like not proceeding to next step and always a red bar keeps arising below amount bar is being problematic. I’ve tried alternative ways like loggingout and a logging in back and adding to favorites and trying but no use.. we’ve signed into the app for an easier sake, but i have to visit the bank physically for transfers and other purposes! I complained all the time when i visited but no positive responses… i hope it’ll be cleared very soon, and not disappoint us anymore
