In my 17 pro max I cannot press the back button of the app because its out of reach past clock at the top left corner to go back I have to close the app and re open. Other than that the UI is really good although there are some server not responding issues.

l used 1545 unlimited package it was very good l think l got this package for 6 months it was best package but l changed for different sim because l moved to new place . now because I want to get unlimited data l bought new sim and bought 1999 data package to use it, it clearly says unlimited data and voice but after using for 7 days data stop working I thought it was a signal problem but it didn’t work I went to hutch app it says l have data after 1 day used it but it didn’t work after l checked it in my package it says it has 100gb fup , l was trying to understand it says unlimited data but 100gb fup I think they should have said 100gb data only so l don’t buy the package it like false advertisement before this 1545 it was good.
Bad Marketing makes the service useless

Recently they have launched a marketing campaign to promote their self care app, and it makes us hard to use internet in a normal way. No WhatsApp responses, not even google working properly. I used to love Hutch as a service provider and hate Dialog. But hate to see Hutch destroying themselves by forcing adverts on to customers to use internet. Besides its users choice to whether install this app or not, you can force them to do it.

I’ve used multiple data packages over the past few months — two 50GB packs, the 11-apps package, and now the so-called “unlimited” 4G plan — and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The network performance is terrible.Despite trying to raise complaints several times, I’ve only been told that “this is the expected speed.” At times, even 3G performs better than 4G. It’s unacceptable that downloading a simple 1.6MB PNG file on WhatsApp often takes over five minutes. This is a complete waste of money, and the quality of service does not match what’s being advertised.
