Overall the app is good. But there are few issues like one of the worst thing is when there is a maintenance or any breakdown the same notification keeps on populating many time even older notifications keep on popping up this is non stop while I am inside the app the notifications keeps on coming. The next thing is when trying to make a payment it get routed to the web bill pages which sometimes get crashed. Better if you can get the payment gateway inside the app itself without getting routed to the web page.

First of all UI looks modern and clean! When comes to lodging complaints, it does now allow to lodge a complaint if there is a powercut when previous case was not closed! Usually 70% of the complaints are not closed, i see a history from 2022 appearing and now allowing to lodge a complaint during powercuts! On lodge complaint screen, “Anything else to tell (optional)” as mentioned it optional, but its not allowing to lodge any complaints without writing something!Please fix asap! Its frustrating!!!!

This new app is quite good so far, offering an intuitive interface and smooth user experience. The UI design is clean, and navigating through the features feels seamless.However, I did notice a bug in the Settings > Notifications section. The toggle buttons for enabling or disabling notifications are unresponsive; they do not change state when tapped, preventing users from turning notifications on or off.I hope the development team addresses this issue promptly and releases a fix soon.Overall, it's a brilliant piece of work. 🇱🇰
