This is worst app for the iPhone users. Always having trouble issues when doing a transaction. Any customer is using digital app for the user friendly purpose and to save time. But here it’s taking time to fix all errors every time and it’s better to go to a bank physically to pay. Please take care of these issues because this is high end business firm. Thank you…!

Schedule Payments Don’t Work

The option to select additional funding accounts in schedule payments does not work. I called support and they keep giving me solutions that do not work. So typical of LB support.Once you set up the schedule payment with an additional funding account, that account goes missing after we save the schedule. So, if your wallet balance is low, it will not pull the funds from that additional account. Consequently, your schedule payments will fail and keep on failing until you manually top up your wallet. How useless.
