App doesn’t optimised with iPhone X!

First, its really worth the effort you bring this app to iOS. Kudos to People’s Bank. But I must say, its not well optimised to work with iPhone X UI. Its doesn’t even tested on this environment for sure. i.e.: Images stretched and most of the texts overlaps with other UI layers. Most worsen, after updated to v1.1 I couldn’t even logged in***. Its giving me an error saying I need to updates to latest version.(Which I already did). Guys, who ever behind this needs big works of QA. Thx. Just ma two cents.
*** its good you guys fixed the login issue so quickly. Pls adjust UI issues as well.

Not the worst; but certainly not the best.

1. Dont force users to reset password every 3 months. You are not making anything safe with that, if it did every international banking app would be doing that. Only thing you are doing is making users forget passwords & making them note down passwords in plain text in notes apps. Thats exact opposite of security. If you are that caring for the customers implement OTP or 2Factor for login.

2. Make text fields paste-able. At least the account number.

3. When user opens keyboard the input field gets blocked.

4. Use native UI. Its always user friendly and looks clean. Banking app is used by many generations, native UI & its elements are optimized for all kind of users.

Service

Kotahena branch doesn’t have well trained staff, very bad customer service. Doesn’t recognize the customers need. When I ask them to help me regarding the app she said I can do it by my own, but since I’m not familiar, I asked help from another lady, she helped me jus say yes do this do that only, after I came out only I found that I don’t have the option to transfer money, normally we activate this app to get all the need in to our hands, otherwise why should we. I’m so disappointed. I’ll be closing my account as soon as possible. This is my second bad experience. Do not deal with this bank. Very unprofessional.
