Login issue for iPhoneX
The app does not work for iPhone X. The fields get cleared and asked to enter credentials again when login button is pressed. Cannot login to the app
Not reliable and waste users time
App is just an interface to website. It does not maintain session well, displays page is not available in the middle of the process when user goes through lengthy process like payee addition. When that happens only option available was to close the app and when trying to login it asks to wait 15 mins. If you try the website it says session already exists and contact the bank.
Copying and pasting codes from text messages are extremely difficult since user’s has to struggle a lot to get the paste option.
Slow and buggy
This is a poor app from a global bank. Login processdoesnt work all the time, so many force closes and reopens to make it work, app is sluggish on iPhone 12 Pro, very poorly designed as it’s a challenge to do a transaction, this app takes ease of online banking back to the Jurassic. Overall a very poor and unplanned approach to online banking, learn from the startups SCB
