App basique, ne fonctionne pas avec Apple Pay
App basique avec moins d’options que dans d’autres banques Luxembourgeoises.

De moins en moins
L’App n’a jamais fonctionné comme il faut, donc retour vers l’ancienne version ce qui entraîne que payconiq est non plus disponible, pas de Apple pay, les Agences ferment une apres l’autre, pour avoir un compte commercial on m’a jeté tellement de bâtons dans la roue que je suis allé chez la concurrence etc. Cette banque doit avoir des problèmes non négligeables ou alors ne pas avoir besoin de petites Clients
Terrible
Trying to access my account for the past 1h30 with no success. And it’s a recurrent situation sometimes on the most inconvenient times.
If we add that to the fact that we don’t have Apple Pay, the terrible client service (phone and one site) and the the fact that my physical cards don’t work properly, we have a clear sign that is time to change the entity and not the app.
