The mobile application from ING Luxembourg puts your bank in your pocket. Thanks to its innovative ease-of-use and by taking full advantage of your device, the application features all of the main functions of the My ING internet transaction site, allowing you to easily perform the majority of your banking transactions. So depending on your Internet contract profile, you can: view your account balances, recent transactions and an overview of your various products; make transfers between your accounts and to your beneficiaries (immediate, delayed or standing orders); view and delete your future transfers and standing orders; create and manage your beneficiaries; modify the credit lines on your current account and your Visa account; change the usage limits of use of your V PAY payment card (ATM withdrawals and payments at retailers) in real time; credit your Visa card (transaction performed in real time); view your securities portfolio and the valuations of your ING Life insurance products; open a current account or savings account and apply for a V PAY card, Visa card or Visa Cybercard; view your secure messaging area, outbox and inbox and write a secure message to your adviser or the Internet Helpdesk; view your performance report; manage your email notifications (email alert to inform you when a secure message or a document arrives on your My ING transaction site).

Changes – My Accounts Section you can now open a current account or savings account and apply for a debit card, credit card or Internet payment card in just a few clicks (depending on your Internet contract profile); the "Your product overview" feature is now directly accessible from the various account boxes (via the small "i" at the top right of the box); recent transactions: you can now search by the name of the transaction; you can also modify/request a credit line for your current account or Visa account, depending on your Internet contract profile; you can amend the usage limits of your V PAY card (ATM withdrawals and payments at retailers) in real time; for savings accounts, a box shows the amount of interest earned over the current year while "Your product overview" shows the amount of interest accumulated in previous years. Creation of a new Services area access to secure messaging: possibility of viewing the number of unread messages, accessing the inbox and outbox and writing a message to your adviser or the Internet Helpdesk; management of email notifications in order to configure whether an email is sent when a new document or secure message is available on My ING, the ING Luxembourg transaction site (depending on your Internet contract profile); your performance report is also available in your application, if you already receive it on My ING. For certain transactions described above, we have introduced the Digipass to validate the transaction. A Digipass symbol will therefore be shown on every transaction box requiring you to enter a Digi ID. Your public area is also evolving, in particular with the inclusion of a photo for each branch, telephone numbers for branches that can be dialled directly from your iPhone (by selecting the number) as well as the addition of an app demonstration video.
