The app is great, however there are a couple of adjustments that I believe will make it even better. Firstly, you should add option to tip delivery guy after the order, not prior because the tipping is always done after the service, not prior to it. What if food took longer to prepare and guy was just forced to wait for it? Sometimes I feel bad for them and want to reward them for their waiting. Another crucial feature is to give receipt overview including the discounts for each position. Now, if you open your order history, the discounts are shown in total, not per position ordered. This is shown properly when you create your order, but when you want to see the history, it is not possible. Often happens that the order is done for many people and everyone orders different things it is difficult to track who owes which amount. To track it now we have to make screenshots which is bad user experience

I was a regular customer for couple years, ordering around 1 to 3 times a day, every day.Yesterday I ordered food that never arrived, courier contacted me and said that roads are blocked and he cant get to my location, to which I responded: cancel the order then. Around 10 minutes later I got a message that order was delivered, and I got charged, even though I choose to pay cash. I never met the courier, and did NOT recieve my order, but still got charged on bolt balanse. This is almost like scamming people! So I will stop using any of Bolt services and I recommend everyone who reads this, dont use their service. They will steal your money because of their new AI bots and support that cant help and will simply drain your last nerves trying to get your money back. Be careful!!!

I've often used bolt services for both food delivery and cab services. And if cabs are not an issue, food delivery is the Achilles heel. As I said, I've ordered often and not only has the food often arrived longer than expected or cold, but today when I ordered my food, the drink was completely upside down and the entire meal was soggy and spoiled. When I contacted their support (chatbot) and described the whole situation and attached a picture of the package and that the whole floor of my apartment was in coke, I waited more than 20 minutes to get a reply at all, and after that the agents changed and wrote something ridiculous and offered only a small refund for the drink, considering that the whole order was ruined. Don’t put me wrong, it's not about 15/20 euros, it's about respect for customers, especially those who make 2/3 orders a day and use your service. I urge all people to be careful and it is better to order directly rather than use such a ridiculous company. Remember that ordering from them you actually play Russian roulette whether the courier will deliver your order in one piece or spoiled. 0 stars - Never use them again.

Tonight, I wanted to eat cauliflower with dip sauce. Found that all of it exist in Bolt Market, but delivery was 6 eur. To make delivery less, I had to order much more products (for the full amount of 25 eur), that I could buy on the next day, much cheaper. Nevertheless, I've made an 25 eur order. When I received my order, there was no cauliflower (the fundamental one, that I needed, and the reason this order was made at all). When I contacted the support, as I understand they misinformed that they have cauliflower, they continuosly offered me to accept 2.54 eur on the Bolt Balance as an compensation (just the price of cauliflower). I've said three times that I can fully return all of the product and want my money back, since this products were not neccesary for me. After the third time, they said that they have ability to decide what amount they compensate and forcefully added 2.54 on my Bolt Balance. Lost 28 eur, lost 1 hour of sleeping, and got products which I don’t need at all, did not got my cauliflower because Bolt Market lied about having it and didn’t even informed me until I’ve found that it is missing.
