Biļešu sadaļā var iegādāties Rīgas sabiedriskā transporta biļetes, reģistrēt braucienus, kā arī uzrādīt aktivizēto biļeti kontrolierim. Pieejami vairāki apmaksas veidi – maksājumu karte, Apple Pay, Google Pay un internetbankas. Biļetes jāizmanto trīs mēnešu laikā no iegādes brīža. Biļešu sadaļā var apskatīt arī darījumu un braucienu vēsturi.
Sadaļā “Maršruti un laiki” iespējams skatīt transporta pienākšanas laikus pieturvietās, sekot līdzi kustībai reāllaika kartē, aplūkot kustības sarakstus, plānot maršrutus, kā arī meklēt sabiedriskā transporta pieturas un adreses.
Autostāvvietu sadaļā var apmaksāt “Rīgas satiksmes” autostāvvietu izmantošanu gan vienam, gan vairākiem auto paralēlās sesijās. Ir iespēja saglabāt biežāk lietotos auto numurus. Apmaksu var veikt ar maksājumu karti, Apple Pay un Google Pay. Nauda tiek rezervēta par plānoto stāvēšanas laiku, bet iekasēta tikai par faktisko, jo stāvēšanu iespējams pārtraukt pirms plānotā termiņa. Darījumu vēsture pieejama par pēdējiem četriem mēnešiem. Lai nepalaistu garām stāvēšanas laika beigas, lietotājs var iestatīt atgādinājuma biežumu par aktīvo stāvvietu.

Constant logging out is not a big issue, session times out is normal. But when you register ticket and app freezes for 30 seconds without any signs that it is working, even though it is, is weird. Or you launch app and it shows you have no ticket. So you need to restart it few times for it to start working. And for some reason sometimes you can't login, shows "operation failed" and you can't do anything. Poor stability.

First of all, all the time kick you out from your account. Second, even if you have purchased a ticket, in an important moment when ticket controller will join your ride this app may catch a glitch and you not gonna see your ticket till u restart an app. So twice I got kicked out of the bus due to gliched app. Lucky I didn’t got any fines.

It would be great if you add possibility to search for bus or tram or trolleybus number and sea real time to understand when the tram will come to the station I need. Also please add etalons in Rigas Satiksme app in order to use it throw phone so it is easier to carry phone rather than a lot of cards with you as well as it is sustainable. Thank you
constant app errors

This app is very simple, just few buttons and even with such simple interface there are constant errors with logging out and payment errors. Especially pisses off when there is no any kiosk or shop around when I can buy the ticket and bus driver does not sell the ticket. Shame.
