I really didn’t like that you have to pay money before the trip for a trip that has not yet been completed. The first time money was deducted from my account, but the driver did not arrive. The second time money deducted before the trip and even after the trip. Now I'm waiting for a refund for 10 days !!!! The support service writes that they can’t do anything ... very very bad! As someone wrote in the previous comments - make uber in Latvia! So I’ll tell you, such a service in Latvia is not needed! There is a more reliable service Bolt and Yandex Taxi.
Only one app on my iPhone crash and freeze

This is the worst app I have ever used. I have my iPhone 13 mini for 2 years and this is the only app I have problems with. It even hangs some of my other apps like SwiftKey. Can't sometimes use it when Uber is in use. Isn't Apple doing some control of what their apps are doing? Surprisingly enough I meet another fellow traveler and first thing he asked is of I don't have issues with an Uber app. So I decided to leave a review as it seems they don't care about fixing that. 😂

Installed the App while being in Egypt onto my Latvian phone. Everything went smooth initially = I even managed to make 2 rides with the app. And then the next day I open the App and it shows me that my account is suspended with no indicated reason. I’ve tried to contact the support, but they do not reply to their own contact form.A very unreliable App especially when you are abroad and you cannot get any help from their support to reactivate it back. Well done, guys...
