The store is great, but delivery is a disaster!

Zalando is a great online shop and has a variety of clothes to choose for any style and also a great discount. But why 3 Stars? The 3 Stars is since in Sweden there are different offers and Larger discounts than in Latvia and also 3 Stars due to issues with delivery and their partner Itella ( SmartPost) which is the worst delivery companyIn Latvia based on my experience, my relatives, friends, and also online reviews and Zalando + Smartpost won't care about complaints and nobody is Intreated into fixing the issues or providing an alternative store delivery company so that end consumer can choose! That is why I started to purchase in a competitor shop which has a great delivery service partner! Zalando keep up working with Smartpost and you will lose more and more clients as people with whom I have spoken have stopped ordering in your store due to Smartpost issues and lack of competence! And that is how you lose your profit due to one bad partner.

Hey. First of all, I love the app. But ;D why an international company has only one local language in the app? I live in Latvia rn and learning local language, but I still find it super hard to find clothes I need in the app. I would spend so much more money there if I just could normally search for clothes which is impossible now. No, it does not help me LeArN lAtviAn, but it really prevents me from spending money in your app
