When paying the bills, the “pay” button overlaps with the chat button, causing not perfect user experience.Also, something has changed in the two factor authentication. Previously, I was able to use the OTP password directly within the app, now I need to go the SMS, view/copy the OTP, go back to the app, and paste/type it in the field.

Imagine receiving an award for the first time, while not knowing what the process is to collect it. You have no notification that you’ve won the award and you’re given 24 hours to fill out information that the operator already has… Notifications are sent, but not for this, where it actually matters. It basically restricts you to contantly open the app. Even when you contact support to have an understanding or give a basic explanation, they repeat those 24 hours as the condition. Long term customer here btw… Overall, pretty terrible!

This is not the first time today i had Activated Speak out package and had about 600 Denars of credit the app glitched i had to install it again and everything was gona in my nr all the money this isnt the first time its almost the 6th time that its taking my money without a trace and i have no way to report it this is modern robbery my money dosnt fly from the sky for this routhlees app to do this yall should be embarrassed and should immediately fix it idk how much money i Even lost trace to it i want refund im tired of this i cant keep spending money like this and on top i hate yall
