Defective Interval Timer makes it easy to create and run timed interval sessions for workouts, stretching, training, recovery, practice, and everyday activities.
Choose your work time, rest time, number of rounds, and alert volume, then start the timer and follow clear visual, audio, vibration, and notification cues as you move through each interval.
Use quick settings to build your own timing pattern or choose from included Northwick Fitness-inspired presets for endurance training, superset/power sessions, and pre- or post-workout stretching.

This update adds a recurring Rate App + Support Developer reminder system. The first reminder appears on the 10th app opening, then every 30 openings after that. Rating is offered once, while the optional $1 Support Developer purchase remains available for repeat support. Timer functionality, presets, background notifications, sounds, and haptics remain unchanged.
