Added a new Rate App + Support Developer reminder system. The reminder now appears after the 10th app opening and then every 30 openings after that. Rating is offered once, while the optional $1 Support Developer purchase remains available for repeat support. Also includes StoreKit reliability improvements and general performance improvements.
