Taliecore is a Pilates App created by Pilates Instructor and lover of running Natalie France. Natalie's own personal journey of training for 5k, 10k, Half Marathons and Marathons has been met with common running injuries along the way. This in turn has encouraged her to seek how she can use her own skills as a Fully Comprehensive Pilates Instructor to help to strengthen and condition the body to be primed for running, with the aim to stay injury free.
