Bank Accounts - Alias / Nickname

The app has set a new standard when it came out last year. A nice little innovation would be to have the possibility of having an alias/nickname for the bank accounts since the account numbers can be tricky to remember especially if the user has multiple bank accounts with the same bank.

Terrible registration

Pop looked promising, so i decided to give it a try. After providing my NID card and selfie photo in the app during registration, i got a call from bankone asking me that i have to come in one of it's showrooms to get verified. Refusing to do so won't allow me to use pop.
We are in end of 2021 where I can register paypal account and add cards without taking a plane to go to the US but to use a "local money transfer app" i have to manually travel to the city to prove that i am a real human. Shame on whoever designed this procedure. This app now feels like a waste of time!!

Awesome app but impossible to add a new payee

Since some days it is impossible to add a new payee. I always get the message "the Name Field should not contain digits and special characters ", even if there are no digits or special characters. It's clearly a bug. I hope it will be fixed. Thanks. Otherwise it's my favourite payment app.
