Very slow and buggy since fee days
Was fine at first but buggy and slow and also keeps freezing since few weeks
Extremely slow
The app takes 10 to 15 seconds loading time to become usable. There is no order in which your accounts are added and you cannot sort them. When pressing continue for a transaction, there is no loader to indicate it is in progress and you have to wait for another 10 15 seconds to know if the app has frozen or is working. The previous SBM app was not great as well, but this one is not better in any way. A couple of new features added which are not that useful, and it is just a UI change with a few steps backwards in terms of speed. Deserves less than the one star, in comparison to what competitors are offering in 2025!
Needs a lot of improvements
Main issues & improvement points:
1. Should cater for users without a card. An ID and account number should be enough to register.
Making a card number mandatory overcomplicates the registration.
2. Slow and bugs a lot
3. Should have been import saved info such as beneficiary details from previous app.
4. To be honest, MCB Juice much better by a mile and you should have already tested the simplest of things such as loading time before launching the app.
At least not cancelling the previous one (even though it was not very performing as well)
